Collaborative Robotic Equipment

Podravska Region

Collaborative robotic equipment consists of three collaborative robots and associated grippers:

1) Universal Robots UR3e Collaborative Robot:
range between 300 mm and 550 mm,
load capacity with outstretched arm 3 kg,
number of spatial levels 6 (6 DOF),
graphical user interface (GUI) with 12 inch touch screen.

2) Universal Robots UR10e Collaborative Robot:
range between 1250 mm and 1350 mm,
load capacity with outstretched arm 10 kg,
number of spatial levels 6 (6 DOF),
graphically user control unit with at least 12 inch touch screen.

3) Robotiq 2-Finger 85 Adaptive Gripper:
finger stroke length 85 mm,
gripping force between 20 and 235 N, adjustable,
load capacity 5 kg.

4) Collaborative two-finger receiver OnRobot RG6 Gripper:
finger stroke length 160 mm,
gripping force between 25 and 120 N, adjustable,
load capacity 6 kg.

5) Robot camera integrated on the Robotiq Wrist Camera.

6) Collaborative vacuum receiver OnRobot VG10 Vacuum Gripper:

Gripper capable of lifting a load of 14 kg,
suitable for pieces with dimensions between 10×10 mm to 550×550 mm,
has an adjustable number of vacuum suction cups,
has an integrated unit for creating a vacuum,
has flexible joints that adapt to the manipulated product.

7) Collaborative gripper for repositioning smaller objects based on Van der Waals forces OnRobot Gecko Gripper.
